90% of users posting adverts in the Sales forums need to be reminded to read the rules as their posts are wrong.  This is unnecessarily time-consuming and will no longer happen - if your advert doesn't follow the Sales Rules it will be deleted and you'll have to start all over again.

  3. Dear members,

Our membership (like our country) consists of people from all walks of life; different in far more ways than can be listed here and each with a different view based on their experience of life - regardless of their colour, religion or cultural heritage. Every single person in the UK has been born of mixed race – we are a multi-coloured and multi-cultural country.

As many of you are aware there are a handful of individuals amongst this membership that persist in making provocative, inflammatory, racist and otherwise offensive comments. This has been happening across the forum to a certain degree but is most especially prevalent in the Adult section.

The moderation team has tried to stay on top of this, however unfortunately because of the ‘offensive’ nature of much of its content we don’t monitor the Adult section quite as much as perhaps we should. As a result much of this behaviour has gone unnoticed unless it has been reported to us. While the team always intended to take a "light touch" approach to the Adult section it would seem that some people aren’t quite adult enough to be left unmonitored after all.

This behaviour is, and always has been against Forum Rules as well as the specific stipulations of the Adults forum and it will no longer be tolerated. We feel it's time to draw a line in the sand and as such from this point onward offenders will receive an immediate and permanent ban from the forum.

In order for us to achieve our goal of restoring the forum to the friendly and tolerant place it once was, we ask that ALL members be mindful of the content they post and help us to stop unacceptable behaviour by using the 'Report' tool at the bottom of any offending post - the results of which can be seen only by Admin/Moderators.

You should all receive a copy of this message by PM.

Terry which reg are we talking about? If its the gauge stuck on 200 bar try backing the gauge off a bit you might have sealed the port by screwing the gauge to tight.

Am using the fill connector that’s supplied with the huma kit .
How does air get into the bottle ? The bottle o ring is getting squashed into the slot that’s in the threads. If the air is supposed to pass along that slot it’s probably the problem.

Vard if your using the correct size O ring on the bottle it should not seal the grove on the reg body as it drops into the groove in the bottle protruding aprox1/2 mm to seal on the collar face, not pushing down onto the reg neck.

Cheers mate looking at that it looks like a m18x1.5 female and blank the other end, if there is enough material left might be able to drill and tap it :thumb:

    Nice spot cheers

No need to drill it mate it says you use your existing fill port, the blank is just that, it replaces the bottle

@scoie . How much plenum space did you eventually end up with in use on the rifle ? I think I read that you and Mr Lout put a fair bit of packing in the rifle plenum to get the consistency that you wanted .
    Thanks,
    Vard

    Hi Vard

my prophet had the plenum extension and im pretty sure the whole extension and the plenum was packed with delrin , the gun is away at the minute so cant be totally accurate but the majority was packed .

im reading your trials and tribulations with great interest , my initial adjustable reg went belly up after working perfectly , started to creep a lot and became unreliable , me and mr @sagalout had a good look and play , Rok at RTI was very good and sent me a new reg stack , a fair bit different from the original reg i had but then the rifle threw a wobbly , it wouldn't seal at the exhaust valve , closer inspection of the pippin found metal in the pippin face and the ev face wasn't great at all , wouldn't seal so air just flowing through , this is now with a top gent on here being fixed , if it cant its a new body from RTI

so i haven't had chance to test the new reg but after reading whats happening im not holding my breath . I did think the lane was the answer though.

ill be honest and say im a little lost on what reg you are now using? i didn't know huma did one until i read your post and found they did , just bloody ordered 2x ultra ones new from them recently , could of easily put a rti one in too,

hope it gets sorted soon and look forward to any updates ,

    rgds

Thanks for your reply . Rather than a pm I thought asking on the thread would be better so everyone has access to the info.
I’ve got the huma fitted now but am yet to do any extensive tests . Have found a generic blanking cap which fits the rifle so have now removed the plenum extension. Got to get it over the chrono when time allows to see what this has done to consistency .
Will update with results hopefully soon

    Hi Martin
Is the first reading just a typo

Min 526 fps, guessing it should be 626 fps?

Over how many shots is the reading? And from what fill pressure

I’d be perfectly happy with the spread :thumb:

Yep you are right Scoie it should be 626 fps , readings taken over 10 shots aprox 10 seconds apart to give the reg time to reset using a Skan chrono, fill preasure was 200 Bar.
